Payment
Through Paypal/ Square / Bank Transfer
100% Payment required upfront once you approve of the initial rough sketch, can also do 50% upfront and 50% upon completion if needed

Commercial Use
If you intend to use the commission for commercial use please discuss this with me ahead of time, an additional fee of 20% of the initial cost may be required. Otherwise you do not have permission to resell my work for profit.
Commercial use grants you the right to use, distribute, and resell my art for profit

Timeframe
When I accept your commission and you have provided me with all the information needed, I should have the rough sketch to you within a week.
Once I receive the payment I should have the piece completed within 1 month. I will send you an update with the lineart sometime during that time where you can ask for corrections.
If you need the commission by a certain time please specify ahead of time and we can work something out.

Corrections
When I send the rough sketch you are allowed to specify things to be changed. I will send one updated sketch, and if you have more corrections and know you wish to proceed with the purchase I will send the invoice. Afterwards I can fix the sketch to your liking.
When I send the lineart you are allowed to ask for corrections.
When I send the completed piece You are allowed to ask for up to 3 small corrections,(ex: eye color change, or adding jewelry, etc.) anything larger or more than that and I will have to charge an additional fee for how long I think it will take me to change. (ex: changing whole pose or wanting an entirely new outfit, things that could have been changed during the lineart phase and would have been easier to fix then)

Additional Characters
Extra characters are 80% of the initial character price.

Complex Outfits/ Props
Additional percentage of the commission may be required for complex character designs and props.
Small props are free (ex: a basic sword,flower, simple animal: butterfly/ mouse/ etc)
Larger animals start at $30+ and will go up with complexity

Backgrounds
Backgrounds start at $50 and go up with complexity. The base fee would be for something simple like a grassy hill, brick wall, a tree etc.
It helps to let me know your budget when it comes to a background and I can work from there.
For pieces that don’t require a bg I can leave blank, or provide a simple color or gradient. Let me know if you have a specific color in mind, if not I will pick something that I think suits the piece best.

Usage
Feel free to use your commission as your icon/header/etc. as long as I am credited somewhere.
If you want to print out your commission for yourself or as a gift for someone you have my permission to do so. (If you’d like me to upload it to my print shop so you can purchase it from there just ask! I can do so privately or publicly)
You are forbidden from using my work for anything NFT or AI related

I sometimes will post commissions in batches but you have full permission to post it to social media with credit to me. Let me know if you don’t wish for me to upload them for any reason
